This could be the most important thing you do for yourself and your family. Self defense begins WAY before a physical confrontation. Come and learn awareness skills as well as physical skills tailored to women. Space is limited, so don’t wait. A sign up sheet will be posted at the front desk. Open to all women and teen girls, 13 yrs and up. No fitness requirements, or prior experience needed.
